CAC 40 Down By .26% as French Shares Close Low


Friday France stocks were lower following the close, as losings in the Foods & Drugs, petrol & liquid and General Financial sectors led shares lower.

The CAC 40 lost 0.26percent, while the SBF 120 index declined 0.20% at the close in Paris.

The best performers of the session regarding the CAC 40 had been BNP Paribas SA (PA:BNPP), which rose 3.60% or 1.31 points to trade at 37.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Credit Agricole SA (PA:CAGR) included 3.25% or 0.28 points to eradicate at 8.90 and Societe Generale SA (PA:SOGN) was up 3.09% or 0.42 points to 14.15 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Danone SA (PA:DANO), which fell 1.81percent or 1.02 points to trade at 55.22 at the close. Sanofi SA (PA:SASY) declined 1.30% or 1.12 points to end at 85.03 and SA that is l’Oreal) had been down 1.21% or 3.40 points to 277.20.

The performers that are top the SBF 120 were BNP Paribas SA (PA:BNPP) which rose 3.60% to 37.80, Elis Services SA (PA:ELIS) that was up 3.50% to settle at 10.95 and Credit Agricole SA (PA:CAGR) which gained 3.25% to close at 8.90.

The worst performers had been SA that is neoen) which was down 3.24% to 44.80 in late trade, DBV Technologies (PA:DBV) which lost 3.19% to stay at 3.59 and Metropole Television SA (PA:MMTP) which ended up being down 1.88% to 10.46 at the close.

Falling stocks outnumbered ones that are advancing the Paris Stock Exchange by 285 to 273 and 90 finished unchanged.

Shares in DBV Technologies (PA:DBV) fell to all right time lows; losing 3.19% or 0.12 to 3.59.
