Disney announces Storyliving, a metaverse residential complex

Disney announced a new ace up its sleeve. No, it’s not a dive into the metaverse, since it already has the patents approved for one. However, something even wilder to imagine: a residential Disney village. An actual Disneyland where you can live out your childhood dreams.

The business has revealed plans for the building of Storyliving, residential communities for mega-Mickey fans, burrowing deep into its omnipresent and omnipotent bag.

Disney describes Storyliving as a new home community where your next chapter flourishes

Disney already owns, like, the entire world, as dismal and dramatic as it is—which we shall discuss later.

According to The Independent, Disney’s major goal is to create communities that have the “warmth and charm of a small town combined with the beauty of a resort”. According to its official website, the plans also call for housing, recreation, and business developments in Cotino. The “ideal location for curious dreamers and doers seeking discovery, creativity, and inspiration”. Moreover, the first project will be built in Rancho Mirage, California, in the renowned Coachella Valley.

Storyliving will feature “single family homes, condos, sections for senior living

According to The Independent, the small town would have “single family houses, condos, and areas for elderly living” for its members. There are plans for a 1,900-unit housing complex. As well as a variety of lodgings for persons aged 55 and up. Because Walt and Lillian Disney had a property in the neighborhood years ago, this seemingly random spot was chosen.

Disney will cater to your every need with personalized activities such as “wellness programming; entertainment ranging from live concerts to cookery lessons; charity ventures; seminars and much more,” according to Input Mag.

“As we prepare to approach our second century, we are inventing new and exciting ways to deliver the magic of Disney to people wherever they are, expanding storytelling to storyliving,” said Josh D’Amaro, chairman of Disney parks, experiences, and products, in an interview with Deadline. We can’t wait to welcome inhabitants to these stunning and one-of-a-kind Disney neighborhoods, where they will be able to live their best lives.”
