Kalos Labs partners to develop NFT platforms

Kalos Labs, a company that develops custom NFT platforms, portfolios, and other metaverse experiences, announced today its first web3 bridge activation with Axiom Space, a leader in human spaceflight and manned space infrastructure, to create a new NFT collection. Kalos assisted Axiom in developing their collection with artist Michael Kagan, who created the “Spacewalker” NFT in augmented reality as part of the relationship. This NFT is one of several that will be minted from space in the near future and will soon be offered on Axiom’s NFT marketplace.

Shari Glazer, CEO of Kalos Labs, commented on the announcement, saying, “The first Kalos collaboration between Axiom and Michael Kagan is a dream come true. We know this NFT sale will be the first of many exciting releases for Axiom, and we are pleased to provide the support they need to make their goals a reality, with the beauty of 3D astronauts paired with the excitement of space travel. We wanted to make these NFTs as accessible as possible to as many people as possible, so you can buy them with fiat as well as crypto.”

Kalos brought the Axiom team together with artist Michael Kagan to create special Axiom pieces like Kagan’s AR Spacewalker. Axiom’s bespoke NFT marketplace will showcase a wide range of digital artworks created by astronauts and artists. Holders of Axiom’s NFT collection will receive special utilities based on the NFT they buy, including exclusive access to experiences centered on Axiom’s space voyages, as well as sneak peeks at upcoming events and releases.

This unusual collaboration was made possible by Kalos Labs’ proprietary technology, which acts as a bridge to help businesses like Axiom make their initial entry into the web3 realm.

“We’re thrilled to present the official Axiom Space NFTs to the world of space. Our goal is to make space travel a reality for more people, and we regard the NFT collection we’ve been working on with Kalos Labs as a first step toward that goal “Axiom Space’s Chief Revenue Officer, Tejpaul Bhatia, stated.
