Nextech AR collaborates with MIT

Nextech AR Solutions Corp., a Metaverse Company and leading provider of augmented reality experience technologies and services is pleased to be both a sponsor and the main metaverse platform provider for the event. From March 23 to 27, 2022, the XR Hackathon “Reality Hack” will take held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Campus. Microsoft, SNAP, and Magic Leap are among the event’s other noteworthy sponsors.

ARitize Maps, will be used by thought leaders, creators, students, and technology enthusiasts

Thought leaders, innovators, students, and technology enthusiasts will utilize the Company’s exclusive Metaverse Solution, ARitize Maps, to imagine the future of the Metaverse by integrating the real and digital worlds.

ARitize Maps will be used by MIT event organizers to provide attendees with interesting event information, immersive event updates, and indoor augmented reality navigation to help them make their way around the hackathon. Hackers will also get access to Nextech’s ARitize Maps platform, where they may construct their hackathon project using powerful and immersive Metaverse technologies. The winners will get an unique NFT as well as a premium subscription to ARitize Maps.

ARitize Maps is now available in beta for iOS and Android, with a general release scheduled for mid-April. Future features include an NFT viewer, in-app purchases, and monthly subscription options. It will also be provided as an SDK so that corporate apps may tap into their own user bases.

ARitize Maps is simple to use; anybody can create a spatial map of their area in minutes, complete with interactive 3D objects, navigation, audio, text, and photographs.

Nextech is planning to provide a number of pre-loaded 3D objects

Nextech intends to offer a variety of pre-loaded 3D objects, as well as the ability for creators to upload their own OBJ files and construct their own 3D items to populate their metaverse. Users may utilize the navigation function to spatially map out an area and integrate AR wayfinding capabilities to route visitors in their metaverse to a certain location or object.

Users may create a whole new, fascinating, and engaging metaverse experience by publishing and sharing their metaverse for others to enjoy while in the area.
