Emerge, a social virtual connection company, today announced the launch of a Kickstarter campaign for their Emerge Home system; The first product to enable immersive ‘bare-hands’ tactile experiences in the Metaverse.
The Kickstarter campaign, which launched today, will provide funders early access to the company’s first consumer product. Indeed, the annoucement came at the GamesBeat Summit Into the Metaverse 2.
For pledgers who become the first adopters of Emerge Home, the campaign will offer six product reward tiers in two delivery windows. Moreover the early delivery window in April 2022 will grant pledgers access to a Consumer Beta community. Where they can share ideas and feedback to help improve the user experience for this innovative product.
Additional tactile gaming content and experiences are being developed for a second delivery timeframe in the Fall of 2022. Other Kickstarter reward tiers will provide discounts to pledgers who secure two or more devices. As Emerge Home is on-line for multi-user social VR experiences. Which is allowing people to congregate and play with their inner circles in a safe and trusted setting.
The Emerge Wave-1 device, the social virtual experience, and the mobile app make up the system.
The Emerge Wave-1 is a new tabletop device that lets you control it with your hands alone. Indeed, the Emerge Wave-1 creates a mid-air zone of engagement up to three feet above the device and 120 degrees around it using Emerge’s unique technology.
